It was a big baseball weekend in Muenster will minor ball day featuring all ages of players on Saturday. Junior and Senior Rally Cap, U11, U13A and U13 Red Sox were out in full forced on the diamonds in Muenster. The event was capped off by the East Central 15 U AAA Dodgers splitting a double header against the White Butte Broncos. 

 In game one Dodgers pitchers Dayne Schommer and Jarret Rude shared pitching duties for the shutout, while an explosive at bat in the fourth end launched the Dodgers to the 6 - 0 win. Rory Politeski, Schommer, and Pryor Dyck all connected to drive in runs during the inning. Dexter Rohel led the hitting percentage for the Sox, while Dyck had his way base running with five stolen bases.  

In game 2, the Dodgers lost the lead late in the game to fall 6-4. The teams battled back and forth leading to ties on three different occasions during the course of the game. In the top of the seventh, it was Broncos’ Hunter Seymour who made good on a single driving in a pair of runs to seal the deal.  

Next Dodger action is this weekend when they head to Regina to take on the Wolf Pack and the White Sox.
