I love the retro touch of a jukebox and today is national jukebox day!

I did a little research into when they were invented and this is what I found:

"Jukeboxes were most popular from the 1940s through the mid-1960s, particularly during the 1950s. By the middle of the 1940s, three-quarters of the records produced in America went into jukeboxes. While often associated with early rock and roll music, their popularity extends back much earlier, including classical music, opera, and the swing music era."

I made a trip last summer into Saskatoon and had lunch at a retro diner and they had a jukebox it added a nice touch. Jukeboxes today are still used however they are digital and to me, this loses the retro feel.

What do you think?
