One man is in police custody while two others are still being sought by RCMP after a home invasion in December.

The Punnichy detachment responded to a report that a group of males had forced their way into a residence in the Village of Lestock on December 23rd just before 10pm.

Upon arrival, mounties found that a 56 year-old man had been assaulted with a baseball bat. The man was transported to Fort Qu'Appelle for non-life threatening injuries.

20 year-old Tyler Wayne Pambrun from the Muskowekwan First Nation was charged on April 2nd with aggravated assault, break and enter and robbery while armed with a weapon.

Desmond Lee Pambrun, from the Muskowekwan First Nation and Edward William Pelletier of the Star Blanket First Nation have warrants issued for their arrests.

The two men are being charged with aggravated assualt, break and enter, robbery while armed with a weapon and intent to commit an indictable offense.
