A pair of thefts of copper wire from a Colonsay area compound has led to charges against four people.

On September 14th, a break in occurred at the site, following a search of a residence in Young the Saskatoon RCMP laid charges against 43 year-old Raymond Hounjet of Young and 39 year-old Shannon Rausch of Saskatoon.

The stolen wire as well "offence related property" was confiscated from the residence.

They are both facing charges of break and enter with theft and possession of stolen property.

On September 24th, the compound was again victimized by theft, the police arrested and charged a man from Saskatoon and a Grandora man in the second incident with similar charges.
