The man charged in the death of Watrous resident James Carlson made his second court appearance on Friday.

31 year-old Taylor Wolff is facing a second degree murder charge after police made an arrest in June following an eight year investigation.

Wolff will be back in a Saskatoon court room on October 27th. He remains in police custody.

Carlson disappeared in May of 2008, his vehicle was found near Allan five days later.

In Wolff's first court appearance his lawyer revealed his client has been investigated in the past for the crime.
