Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for parts of the Humboldt area.

They say that an Alberta Clipper is moving across Saskatchewan today and it will bring winds with gusts up to 90 kilometres per hour.

A cold front behind the system will bring flurries and blowing snow overnight as well.

Presently, the Watrous area falls under the warning, though it is expected that Humboldt will also see gusting winds from 60 to 80 km/h.

The system is expected to taper off around Noon Sunday.
