A quickly developing severe thunderstorm passed through the Humboldt area on Sunday night. 

Conditions aligned for the storm throughout the day, with a daytime high of 31 degrees, combined with a humid air.

The storm brought powerful lightning strikes, with thunder, rain, and pea sized hail reported in the area as well. Other regions hit across Saskatchewan reported near baseball sized hail, such as Edam, near the Alberta border.

A severe thunderstorm warning was issued by Environment Canada at 9:21pm, with it ending at 10:45pm.
