Police from Saskatoon were on the scene of what was deemed a serious two vehicle collision.

The accident took place on Highway 2, near the intersection of Highways 2 and 16.
The collision took place at approximately 7:20am on Tuesday.  
A small-sized passenger bus traveling northbound and a southbound pickup truck collided.

A 60-year-old male passenger and the 69-year-old male driver of the bus were pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency personnel. The final occupant of the bus, a 74-year-old male passenger, was transported to a hospital in Saskatoon by STARS and the lone 30-year-old male driver of the pickup truck was transported by EMS to a hospital in Saskatoon with what were described as serious injuries.

Saskatoon RCMP and an RCMP Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
