Transform SK stopped in Humboldt last night for sessions at the Convention Centre.

The group session was a conversation revolving around how to make Saskatchewan a better place to live.

Mark Cooper is the President and CEO of the Saskatchewan Construction Association.

He explains why Transform SK made the stop in Humboldt.

"We're here because we think it's important to have a conversation with people across the Provinces about the opportunities and challenges that we face as a Province and how together, we can ensure a prosperous and successful future. Humboldt is a critical community in terms of the long-term planning for our Province and we want to talk to people here."

Cooper describes how Transform SK works.

"So we're gathering information from multiple communities in multiple ways across the Province over the course of a couple of months. The five founding associations are coming together to review all of that information and put together a final report with recommendations that will be presented to the Premier but also releases publicly so we can keep this conversation going."

Cooper adds if you didn't make it to the sessions, there's still a chance to have your voice heard.

"I would really encourage people to participate in this process. There's lots of opportunities if you weren't able to make it to a meeting here, you can submit information online at transformsk.ca, where you can provide written submissions and video submissions. We really encourage the video submissions, and people can attend meeting in other cities and towns as well, and all of the information is available at transformsk.ca"

This is the third stop of 15 for Transform SK, which aims to stop in as many Saskatchewan Communities as possible in the couple of months they will be touring.
