A trio of teachers from Cudworth School received teaching awards for their years of service this year from Horizon School Division.

Trina Pasloski and Lorena Sosnowski each received their 20 years of teaching service award, while Lucille Miskolczi is in her 30th year of teaching and was acknowledged with her award. 

"It's definitely an honour. Every year you see the kids come, now I'm teaching kids of kids that I taught when I started teaching 20 years ago, which is pretty amazing. The community has always been super supportive," said Trina Pasloski, who has done all her 20 years of teaching at Cudworth School. 

Lucille Miskolczi started her 30 years of teaching at Prud'homme school and moved to Cudworth School when Prud'homme closed down. "I must say that 30 years went by rather quickly, I don't know where it went to. I very much enjoy doing it and I'm not quite sure if I want to retire yet because I enjoy doing it," said Miskolczi

Lorena Sosnowski was unable to be reached for a comment but is also being acknowledged for her 20 years of teaching service with the Horizon School Division.
