Telemiracle 43 wrapped up in Saskatoon on Sunday, March 3 with a final total of over 5 million dollars. The provincial telethon, organized by the Kinsmen, has been a fixture in the province since first going on the air in 1977.

Two highlights of the event were the touching tribute to a fallen Bronco by dancer Maddy Christianson of Martensville, and the generous donation by the Leicht Family of Humboldt. Christianson donned the jersey of her billet-brother, Logan Schatz, and performed a moving tribute. The Leicht family donated $11,000 in memory of Jacob Leicht who wore number 11 during his time with the Broncos.

Other local performers included Makayla Glessman of Bruno and Raea Lamont of Wynyard. The telethon raised $5,619,214 to support provincial families with medical needs.
