St. Peter’s College art students are once again showing the best of their work at the Humboldt and District Gallery.

They’ve done something a bit different from regular class content this year, instructor Grant McConnell said.

He had them make drawings of shapes created by ink blots - and the results are spectacular, he said.

“You have to see it.”

Showing their work in public helps students build their confidence, and it’s also gratifying for him to see, he said.

“Many of the students at St. Peter’s live in Humboldt and area and it's a great opportunity for parents and family, friends and the extended community to see some good art at the gallery.”

The exhibit runs until April 14.
