UPDATE 11:08am: Highway 20 has once again had the travel not recommended status removed. The only highway with that designation currently is Highway 368 between Highway 5 and St. Brieux.

UPDATE 9:08am: Travel not recommended status has been removed from Highway 5 and has been re-issued for Highway 20.

UPDATE 7:43am: The Ministry of Highways has upgraded Highway 20 north and south of Humboldt from travel not recommended to winter conditions. Travel not recommended status still remains on Highway 5.

A new day and the same old story for a now extended winter storm in Saskatchewan.

Snowfall warnings remain, as another 10 to 15 centimetres is expected throughout the day on Monday, with - at times - heavier snow falling.

The overnight impact will slow traffic for the early parts of the day in the City of Humboldt, as only the main access roads will be cleared.

Residential roads will see plows out later in the day.

Travel is also not recommended on all highways heading out of or into the city.

Lighter snow will continue overnight and into Tuesday morning before it finally leaves.

Sunshine and near zero temperatures will follow the storm beginning Wednesday.
