The St. Elizabeth Community Garden Group aims to get more involvement from gardeners, group member and excited gardener Wade Stock says.

That would spread responsibilities more broadly and bring more excitement between gardeners, he said.

The garden has had about 40 participants in each of the past five years.

Gardeners are excited to grow their own produce, and they share that product with other community groups, he said.

"You have an opportunity to get outside and get some fresh air and get your fingers dirty."

Anyone interested in getting a plot for this spring can sign up at the front desk of the Uniplex.
