Music lovers in the Humboldt area can add some country twang to their Friday night.

The Cross Country Showband will be playing a set at the Bella Vista Inn Banquet Room.

The concert is in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters according to band member Kevin Harcourt.

"That's our main focus with this. Everyone has been in the professional music business for years, so it is more of a direction of what we can do for charities and fundraisers and that sort of thing."

"Everyone enjoys the music and working together, so it is certainly going to be a good function to support Big Brothers Big Sisters."

Harcourt says that they are looking forward to showcasing their music.

"It will be a great cross section of great country music."

Tickets for the show are $15. The concert will begin at 8:00pm.
