It was 100 years ago when World War I came to an end on the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month.

This year's Remembrance Day marks the 100th anniversary of the end of the first World War.

The Humboldt Legion is inviting the public to honour the veterans, both past and present, on November 11th at the St. Augustine Church. The service will start at 2 PM because of church services at 11 AM. You are asked to gather in the lobby at 1:30 PM.

Tickets will be available for a supper at the Legion Hall at 5:30 PM. Adult tickets cost $20 while a child under 8 years of age will cost $12.
