UPDATE: SaskPower says that an outage in St. Brieux will be restored by 3:00pm on Thursday. A planned outage is scheduled from 1:30 to 3:30pm in Wadena to repair damage, including cross arm repairs.

Those still without power in parts of east-central Saskatchewan should see a return to electricity at some point on Thursday.

Following Tuesday night's wind storm, power was knocked out in several communities across the province.

SaskPower issued a notice at 9:00pm on Wednesday stating that those in the Wadena, Wynyard, Margo, Englefeld, Clair, and Watson areas would stay without power for the night.

The outage is not affecting all residents in the areas, as some had power restored on Wednesday morning.

Crews are in Englefeld working on a power line as of Thursday morning.

A boil water advisory remains in place for the village after water service was cut due to the outage.
