One of three men wanted for their alleged role in a home invasion near Punnichy is in police custody.

Police say that last Sunday night seven suspects broke in to a residence on the Muskowekwan First Nation, just east of Punnichy.

The suspects entered the home using various weapons including steel bars, bats, and a firearm causing significant damage to the residence as well as a vehicle that was parked outside. Two men at the home were also injured.

All the suspects were disguised and have been identified.

Four people were arrested and warrants were issued for 29 year-old Vernon Bigsky, 19 year-old Jonas McNabb, and 30 year-old Shane Darrell Wolfe. Bigsky has since turned himself in to police.

Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating the two remaining suspects.
