The Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan announced Friday that 75 projects across the province will receive funding for wastewater and water system upgrades.

Overall the federal government is contributing $45 million, the province will chip in $25 million with the jurisdictions covering the rest of the bill.

The money is through the "Clean Water and Wastewater Fund" and the "New Building Canada Fund's Provincial-Territorial Infrastructure Component." Earlier, 26 projects were announced under the same program.

Below is a list of the 13 local communities receiving funds, how much the federal funding is, the provincial dollar amount plus a brief description of the project.

Resort Village of Manitou Beach, $128,000/$64,000 - Wastewater pump station upgrade
Village of Muenster, $200,000/$100,000 - New drinking water reservoir
Town of Nokomis, $567,500/$283,750 - Two new wells and supply piupeline
RM of Three Lakes No. 400 and RM of St. Peter's No. 369, $86,146/$43,073 - Water distribution expansion(SHL Pipeline Association)
