Pancakes were on the menu this past Sunday.

The Knights of Columbus held their pancake breakfast at St. Augustine Church Hall.

Terry's No Frill's is celebrating 1 year in Humboldt and wanted to say thanks for the overwhelming support in their start.

They donated all the food necessary to make the event happen.

All of the proceeds of the breakfast will go back into the community.

The proceeds are going towards the first responders of Humboldt and area.

Lorne Pratchler has been involved with the Knights of Columbus since 1989.

The breakfasts themselves have been happening for around a decade.

"Of course there are a lot of costs with running a breakfast like this," says Pratchler.

"Terry's No Frill(s) has generously donated all the food and supplies needed for today, this will make sure that all the proceeds go back to the first responders."

Around 300 people were in attendance.

There were Humboldt Broncos players volunteering, as well as some first responders from the area.
