The Humboldt and District Art Gallery has a unique opportunity for two individuals at their upcoming workshop.

They are looking for two models for their intermediate/Advanced Drawing workshop that is happening next Thursday.

Cultural Programmer Nicole Myker explained what exactly they are searching for.

"It can be male and female preferably, and if they are comfortable in a bathing suit and leotard that would be perfect, they will be standing in various poses for about three hours in front of fourteen people."

Myker said the workshop is unique for those participating in the drawing as well, "there will be a live model so you won't have to draw from  a picture so it will be an opportunity for you to draw from an actual model, the muscles and contours of the body."

If you'd like to get involved with the workshop call the Gallery at 682-5226.

The cost is $20 a person with all of the needed supplies provided.
