There will be a new familiar President for the Humboldt Broncos this upcoming season.

Jamie Brockman will head back into the role of President after Kevin Garinger made the decision to step down from the position yesterday at the Humboldt Broncos Board Meeting.

Garinger who is the CEO/Director of Education for the Horizon School Division said he would like to spend more time focusing on his job in the school division, along with his family and a doctorate in educational leadership that he is pursuing.

Along with Garinger, Treasurer Darrin Duell has also stepped down from his role, as well as Randy Maclean, who a month earlier at the Broncos AGM stated he will not be putting his name up for re-election. Garinger and Duell will be staying on the board, as Directors.

Brockman served on the Humboldt Broncos Board of Directors for five years and was its President when he stepped down in August 2017, before Garinger took over.
