A multi-semi unit crash has caused the Saskatoon RCMP to close both directions of traffic Monday afternoon.
At 1:50, the Saskatoon RCMP received a report of a crash involving two semis about eight kilometres west of Plunkett on the Yellowhead Highway.
Both east and west bound lanes of the highway are blocked as a result of the accident and there are multiple emergency units attending including Viscount Fire and EMS units.
Motorists in the area are advised against traveling in the region due to the road conditions and the accident.
The RCMP will provide more details when they become known.
