The Humboldt District Hospital Foundation is celebrating after a big year through their annual golf tournament.

On September 14, the HDHF welcomed golfers to the Humboldt Golf Club, where over $19,000 was raised for the foundation.

The total was boosted by two corporate donations made following the event's post-golf dinner.

South 20 Dodge Chrysler and RV chipped in $5,000 for the HDHF, while Information Services Corporation donated $2,000 from their Community Giving Program.

The tournament was hosted in partnership with the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan, with funds raised being shared between the organizations.

For the HDHF, money raised is going towards the purchase of a fetal heart monitor.
