One lucky Humboldt resident is off to visit British Columbia, thanks to the Humboldt Golf Club's Trip of the Month draw.

Mark Herperger was drawn as the winner for June, which is a trip to Osoyoos, BC, valued at $1,500.

Herperger joins 2017 winners Herman Baur, Jerome and Loretta Novecosky, Jerry and Jan Harty, Des and Correen Grace and Holly Srochenski.

In total, the golf club is awarding over $25,000 throughout the year.

On Saturday, the annual Canada Day scramble is taking place at the club, with a start time of 3:00pm.
