A young adult started by designing a sweater and ended up giving back a donation to a local organization to help kids play sports.

Nathan Tremblay designed a sweater in memory of Jacob Leicht and the 2017-2018 Humboldt Broncos.

"Him (Nathan) and a few friends were going to purchase some sweaters on their own, they went and ordered them themselves and I guess word spread from their friends and out into the community and they went from ordering six shirts to well over 300 shirts by the time they were done." Said Mike Ulriksen, Chair of KidSport.

The money raised went to KidSport, a choice not only made from Tremblay but the entire group that ordered shirts.

"Once they got more orders the price per sweaters went down but instead of dropping the price they all agreed to donate any proceeds left over to charity and they just so happened to pick KidSport." Stated Ulriksen.

The total amount donated was $2500.00.
