The Prairie Patchworker's Quilt Guild presented Humboldt's two funeral homes with quilts on Thursday.

"We receive money from Saskatchewan Lotteries so we are able to do projects to give back to the community," said Co-President Glenda Pidlisny.

The quilts will be used to assist in moving those who have passed away to the funeral home.

Pidlisny says they are also working on quilts that have been donated to the Ronald McDonald house.

"We as a group are honoured to give back to the community."

The presentation to Schuler-Lefebvre and Malinoski-Danyluik funeral homes was made at the group's monthly meeting.
