Residents of Cudworth and area will converge at the Cudworth Museum grounds on Friday night.

Seven different food vendors will be on hand featuring Cudworth cuisine for their eighth annual Taste of Cudworth event.

Elaine Olexsyn with the Cudworth Museum talks about what kind of food can be enjoyed at the event.

"A lot of the foods are cultural, there will be German foods, there will be Ukrainian food, there will be Chinese food and some other desserts and a variety of other things as well."

The event is open to all ages, tokens can be purchased that evening for $4 each.

"We start at 5pm and go on into the evening, we have a beer garden, we have all kinds of foods," said Olexsyn. "We also have lots of cultural music and entertainment."

Entertainment will be provided by Morris and Friends, Harry Drader and Girls, and The Cudworth Cowboys.

All of the funds raised stay in the community of Cudworth explained Olexsyn, "the museum has this as their annual event to raise money so that they have money to operate the museum so that's what all of the money is used for."

The museum will also be giving tours throughout the day on Friday featuring new displays.
