More communities in the area are lining up their plans, as disruption to the Wakaw-Humboldt Water Plant is set to take place.

Planned repair work will begin Wednesday morning and at that time, a power shut down will take place for the main distribution system.

While a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory will be issued, it will not affect all users immediately.

In Muenster, a Water Conservation Advisory will take over at 9:00am Wednesday, with water pressure being turned down and intake from the main line being shut off.

The village asks residents to stockpile water on Tuesday, as well as completing any laundry, watering lawns and gardens and anything else that occupies a large amount of water.

Humboldt and Annaheim have previously announced similar notes for their water plans.

Work on the main system is expected to be completed sometime Friday.
