As the seasons begin to change, so to do the way you go about outdoor activities.

The City of Humboldt is urging caution when using the outdoor rink, as warmer temperatures are beginning to make their impact on the ice surface.

Communications Manager Penny Lee says that they are recommending the rink only be used after 7:00pm.
