SaskAbilities and Camp Easter Seal are launching their Camp Connected this year, an online, virtual program open to all Saskatchewan residents experiencing disabilities.

Typically, the camp would be held at Manitou Beach, but due to the current pandemic situation, the program has adapted.
The camp, although being held virtually, will be offering many different activities and events. Programming will run from June 12th until August 19th.

Trevor Howell, a fundraising specialist talks about the camp.

"All Saskatchewan residents experiencing disability are welcome to participate in this free programming thanks to the ongoing support from funders, donors, and community partners."

"The pandemic has definitely made it more difficult to reach out to individuals and businesses as a result of the pandemic we have had to cancel several of our in-person events that traditionally help fund our programs and services. Though lots of these events make initiatives we can hold, like the paper egg campaign even more important to us. We hope people will participate as we rely on donor support for many of our programs and services."

The current campaign to raise funds for the Easter Seals charity is the Paper Egg Campaign. The campaign is running until April 30th.
