The Hockey Hall of Fame has added a piece of Bronco memorabilia to its display thanks to former Broncos player and Century 21 Realty's Dan Torwalt.

The unique encounter took place at Humboldt Hockey Day when a worker from the Hockey Hall of Fame approached him to ask him if he would like to donate the jacket that he was wearing.

The jacket was a Leather Humboldt Broncos Coat from the 1979/80 seasons that were purchased by the players of the team when Torwalt played defense for the Broncos.

Torwalt said it 'Wasn't an easy decision,' as he's had the jacket for over 30 years and it was only made available for the players. However, after talking with his family, they decided having the jacket in the hall would be special.
