With November being Diabetes Awareness Month, Humboldt Pharmasave has decided to spread the awareness.

Along with other Pharmasave's in the Province, Humboldt Pharmasave is selling Blue Circles.

Mike Rath from Humboldt Pharmasave describes how it all works.

"Here at the store, we're selling Blue Circles. A Blue Circle is an official logo or symbol for diabetes, and with the purchase of $2, you can throw your name on it to show your support."

The $2 donation goes towards sending diabetic kids to summer camps including Camp Easter Seal.

Rath explains what makes this cause important.

"I think we're perfectly established to support something like this, I mean being in the health care field, being able to support. A lot of our clients and customers are diabetics themselves, so be able to give back to a cause that helps those that support us, we see a great value."

Rath says there's not much time left to purchase your Blue Circle.

"The end of November is when it runs to, so there's not too much time left to get your blue circle, so come on down, we still have some left. Hopefully we can send as many kids to camp as possible."
