A 29-year-old man from Lumby, BC is facing three charges following a fatal rollover near Young.

Kiel Stewart has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm.

On Saturday, October 15, Watrous RCMP responded to the scene of a single vehicle rollover on Highway 2, north of Young.

One female and one male were pronounced dead at the scene. Police have issued an update, stating that the woman was a 28-year-old from Watrous, while the man was 27, from High River, Alberta.

Stewart's first court appearance in the matter is Friday in Saskatoon.
