For now until April 23rd, the Humboldt Art Gallery is featuring work inspired by Bart Pragnell.

With that feature in mind, the gallery is hosting a workshop that is scheduled for Saturday from 1:30 to 4:30.

Cultural Programmer Leah Terry explains more about the afternoon.

"Our current exhibit is Bart Pragnell, he was an artist who used his surroundings of nature and homes as concepts in his artwork. We will be re-creating his technique but with our own homes and surroundings in a painting or drawing."

The cost is $2 for adults, $1 for kids or a family is $5.

"It's definitely what you are comfortable with," Terry added about your supplies. "If you want to bring a picture to help you that would be great, if you want to go with your imagination, that works as well."

All other supplies will be provided.

Call the gallery at 682-5226 for more information.
