UPDATE: Police have released the above photo of Severight.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 20 year-old man from the Yellow Quill First Nation.

Austin Severight is charged with attempted murder, uttering threats, possession of a weapon, mischief, and failing to comply with a judge's recognisance.

The charges stem from a complaint of an altercation on Monday evening on the main service road on the Yellow Quill.

When RCMP arrived on scene they located a 22 year-old man who had been stabbed.

Severight is described at 5' 8" tall, 165 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
