Six different communities across east-central Saskatchewan will start logging physical activity to help get healthy plus hopefully help their town or city win $10,000.

The 2017 Go Out and Play Challenge started Wednesday.

Powered by Saskatchewan Blue Cross, 26 centres across the province including Lanigan, Allan, Kelvington, Ituna, Wadena and Melfort will log their active minutes from now until March 10th.

The winning community will receive $10,000 towards a project, there is a $5,000 runner-up chance as well.
