A duo found guilty of conspiring to murder their spouses will appear in court next month for an appeal.

Curtis Vey of Wakaw and Angela Nicholson of Melfort will be in Saskatchewan Court of Appeal in Regina on October 3, where they will have their appeal heard.

In June 2016, Vey and Nicholson were found guilty of conspiring to murder their spouses. Last September, they were sentenced to three years in prison.

The two were granted bail shortly after, as the appeal process went on.
