After hours of piano, band, strings, guitar, vocal, chorus and speech arts over a three week period the Humboldt Music Festival will cap their event Monday night.

"Our final concert will be at Westminster United Church, that is the best of the Music Festival," beamed spokesperson Patti Durand.

She says the event has been spectacular and Monday's finale should be no different.

"It was fantastic, it is always amazing to see the results of a lot of hard work on the student's behalf and it was really entertaining."

The final concert is at 7pm, the cost is $4/person or a family for $10.

About 50 scholarships are handed out every year through the HMF.
