The Government of Saskatchewan has announced upgrades to X-ray equipment in 5 rural hospitals will help get results much faster for patients.  

The 5 Rural communities listed are Lanigan, Rosthern, Wadena, Watrous, and Wynyard.

X-ray equipment is being upgraded from film imaging to digital imaging.

the Province is lending $500,000 for the upgrades, as well as matching funds raised by local health organizations. 

Equipment upgrades and renovations are expected to be complete by this fall.
