Humboldt's Bantam AA hockey team continued its climb in the SBAAHL's North Division with a pair of wins at home on the weekend.

On Saturday, the Broncos welcomed the Prairie Storm for Humboldt Minor Hockey Day.

After trailing 2-1 through the first period, Humboldt was able to outscore the Storm 5-1 the rest of the way en route to a 6-3 win.

Jackson Mark had a pair of goals for the Broncos, while Dawson Barlage, Austin Berezowski, Kaiden Korolchuk and Easton Ediger had the other tallies.

Brody Ackland picked up the win in goal.

Humboldt's offensive output continued Sunday afternoon as the Regina Pat Blues visited the Elgar Petersen Arena.

After falling behind early, the Broncos cruised to a 7-3 win over Regina for their fourth win in five games.

Berezowski had a hat trick in the game, while Hunter Hrushka, Connor McGrath, Noah Barlage and Nolan Allan rounded out the well-distributed scoring throughout the two games.

Ashton Dagenais faced just 15 shots in earning the win for his team in net.

The Broncos are now 18-6-2 on their season, sitting in fourth place in the division, three points out of a tie for second place.

They host the second-ranked Prince Albert Pirates on Wednesday night before visiting the West Central Wheat Kings on Saturday.

Humboldt then hosts Yorkton on Sunday.
