Ahead of his post high school career, Humboldt's Tayden Wallin has one more award to add to his lengthy list.

Wallin was named Golf Saskatchewan's Under 19 Junior Men's Order of Merit Tour winner for 2017.

Members earn points based on how they finish in each tournament, and the player with the most points after the final event is the tour winner.

Wallin placed in the top three in all five Golf Sask events he participated in, earning a total of 2,700 points.

Swift Current seemed to be Wallin's favourite place to play, as he won two tournaments in a span of ten days, including the Junior Provincial Championship on July 12.

After graduating from Humboldt Collegiate in June, Wallin will begin his college career in Texas at Midwestern State University.
