The SJHL is well represented by Broncos in the SJHL/MJHL showcase taking place on January 14th and 15th in Regina. 

The first game was between the two leagues 18 and under teams. The MJHL's Team Garbutt defeated SJHL's Team Schwartz 4-3 in a shootout. Chase Felgueiras and Zach McIntyre represented the Broncos for Team Schwartz. 

The second contest's lone representative of the Broncos was goaltender Dane Dow, who did not get the start. Team Mitchell of the SJHL defeated MJHL's Team Zajac 8-5.

In the final contest of day one, two Broncos were able to get on the scoreboard. Brayden Camrud picked up the primary assist on the game's opening goal scored by Flin Flon Bomber defenseman Calvin Boots. Then Michael Clarke, who leads the Broncos in goals and points throughout the regular season, scored his own power play goal which ended up being the game-winner, as Team Kunitz defeated Team Belfour 3-1.

The final three games of the showcase will take place on Tuesday, January 15th. Chase Felgueiras and Zach McIntyre will take to the ice first as the two 18U teams will square off one more time at 10:00 am. Meanwhile, Dane Dow will get the start for Team Mitchell as they face Team Belfour and Michael Clarke and Brayden Camrud will be back in action for Team Kunitz when they take on Team Zajac.
