For his efforts over two games, Humboldt Broncos goaltender Parker Tobin has been named the SJHL's Goalie of the Week.

Tobin started both weekend games in the southeast, as the Broncos fell to Weyburn on Friday before defeating Estevan on Saturday.

In total, Tobin stopped 52 of 56 shots faced, including holding the Bruins to just one goal in Saturday's win.

It was the fourth time this season that the SJHL's top goal scoring team was held to one goal, and the first time with overtime included.

In seven games played, Tobin has helped stabilize Humboldt's situation in goal along with Jacob Wassermann.

The Stony Plain, Alberta, native has a 3-2-1 record with a 2.21 goals against average and .924 save percentage.
