It was a good run  for Team Laycock at the A.S.H.A.M U.S Curling Open in Minnesota. After an easy four end game in draw eleven Sunday Afternoon picking up their fourth straight win in a 6-2 victory in just four ends against the now 3-1 Team Forrest.

Sitting undefeated was pretty nice to brag about however Team Laycock was not out of the woods yet as they needed a Sunday night win against Team Lyburn to avoid from being sent home early. Unfortunately that did not happen falling to Team Lyburn.

There was also one other Saskatchewan team competing in Minnesota this weekend from Wadena's rink Team Comfort who was eliminated Saturday after three losses in row.
