Humboldt's Michael Herperger recently took a second place finish in the 107th Saskatchewan Men's Amateur Tournament. 

Herperger, who is currently in British Columbia to take part in the 114th Canadian Men's Amateur was pretty excited to be able to go and take some friends with him.

He is currently in 189th place with 8 over par after the first day of play. 

The winner of the Canadian Men's Amateur Championship earns an exemption into the 2019 RBC Canadian Open and 2018 US Amateur.
