The Humboldt Broncos held their first exhibition game on home ice Friday night against the Melfort Mustangs.

The first period of the game didn't see any goals and only one penalty for Melfort.
During the second period of play is when things started to heat up. The Broncos scored four goals back to back, three of them assisted by Camrud. Melfort then would answer back with one on a power play. During the third period, Humboldt would continue to hit the net with three more goals scored. Dane Dow, the goalie for the Broncos, made 24 saves throughout the night only allowing four to make it in. The Broncos won with a score of 7-4 and will return to the ice tonight in Melfort at the Northern Lights Palace, the game will be on the air starting at 7:15 with your pre-game show.
