The Bantam AA Broncos had a tough weekend at the Graham Tuer Bantam AA Tournament in Regina on the weekend.

The tournament consisted of 30 teams from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and B.C and ran from October 25th to the 28th.

The Broncos had two games on opening day of the tourney, with their first being against the Lloydminster Bobcats. Kohle Huber scored the lone goal fro the Broncos in an eventual 7-1 loss to the Bobcats. In the second game, the Broncos were unable to handle the Saskatoon Maniacs in a 7-3 loss. Kylynn Olafson had a pair of goals and Ryland Martin would score the other in the loss.

The Broncos would have one more round-robin game on Friday as the faced off against the Weyburn Redwings. They would suffer their 3rd straight loss of the tournament, losing to the Redwings 4-1. The Broncos lone goal was scored by Castor Berezuik.

After the three losses, they rebounded on Saturday with a 7-2 victory win over the Yorkton Terriers. Castor Bereziuk and Matthew Porter scored a pair of goals each. Kylynn Olafson, Cooper Isherwood, and Luke Schlosser accounted for the other three.

In their final game of the weekend, the tough times continued and they would fall to the Regina Aces 7-2. Kohle Huber and Castor Bereziuk the goalscorers for the Broncos.

The Lloydminster Bobcats would go undefeated throughout the tournament, eventually defeating the Martensville Marauders in the finals to be crowned champions.

The Broncos next game is at home on Saturday, November 3 against the Weyburn Redwings.
