The Horizon Central Athletic Association has wrapped up the junior curling season.

Districts took place in Ituna on Wednesday and Thursday.

In the boys draw, it was Foam Lake coming out on top, defeating Wadena in the final. Foam Lake won the 'A' side by defeating Wadena, and then became district champions after winning again Thursday morning.

The girls pool saw Wadena put in extra work to become district champions. Winners of the 'B' side must earn two wins in the final to become district champions, and that is what they did, knocking off Quill Lake in the final.

Humboldt had two teams in the girls bracket, with HCI falling in the 'B' semi-final and St. Dominic dropping the 'B' quarter-final.

Quill Lake picked up the mixed championship after defeating Ituna in the final.
