Tiffany Guttormson

October 18, 1995 - November 28, 2016

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Tiffany Guttormson announce her untimely and tragic passing on November 28, 2016.  Tiffany Nicole Guttormson was born October 18, 1995 in Melfort to Bruce and Kathi (nee Britz) Guttormson.  She was raised in Naicam where she attended school.  After grade 12 graduation in 2013, she worked at the Canalta Hotel in Humboldt for a year and then worked at Curtis Construction for the summer of 2014.  That fall, she moved to Saskatoon where she worked as a part time nanny and a waitress at Boston Pizza.  In August 2015, Tiffany followed her heart and moved to Estevan where she worked at Original Joe's and the Co-op.  She decided to move home in March 2016 and began her career at St. Mary’s Villa in Humboldt, confirming her passion for caring for others. In September she began her Continuing Care Aid course at Carlton Trail Regional College.  From a very young age, Tiffany was involved in church activities, from Sunday  School, quilting, putting  together layettes, making lefse and working at The Tea, she was always by Grandma Grace's side.  She went to numerous Music Festivals, where she sang and performed musical theatre. Tiffany attended the Spalding School of Dance throughout high school and thoroughly loved to dance.  She enjoyed snowboarding, playing softball and slowpitch.  Tiffany loved to be involved and most recently joined the Student Advisory Board at Carlton Trail.  Tiffany had a passion for life and she embraced it in everything she did.  She had such a beautiful soul.  Tiffany was kind, caring, loving, charismatic, impulsive, fun-loving and had determination.  She was our spice!  She especially had a soft spot in her life for children, the elderly and animals, which was evident to anyone who saw her around them. Lexi, her puppy was her pride and joy.  Tiffany’s smile and personality lit up any room she entered.   She knew life was worth living and lived it to the fullest.  Tiffany will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Bruce and Kathi (nee Britz) Guttormson of Naicam, two sisters: Jessica (Chris) Hamilton  and their three children Tyler, Brittney and James of Muenster and Mikaela Guttormson of Naicam; soulmate, Tyler Fenton and their fur-baby Lexi; Grandmas: Nettie Guttormson, Ruth Britz and honorary Grandma Grace Voldeng along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandpas, Telford (Tiffy) Guttormson and Albert Britz; and uncles Lynn Guttormson and Russell Britz.  A Service of Remembrance was held at Five Oaks Shared Ministry in Naicam, SK on Saturday December 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Kragbe Legrè.  Others taking part were:  Bob and Jan Britz, scripture readers; Myrna Britz, eulogist; Shane Timm and Regan Cole, ushers; Allison Voldeng, guest book.  Music ministry was provided by pianist Valerie Hopkinson and a video tribute was created by Tiffany’s family and friends.  The Urnbearers were Mikaela Guttormson and Tyler Fenton.  Interment will take place at a later date.   Memorial Donations can be directed to the Tiffany Guttormson Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Affinity Credit Union Naicam, SK.
